Strength & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning (S&C) is a training program designed to improve physical performance and reduce the risk of injury. It typically involves a combination of exercises that target:

  • Strength: Resistance training exercises that increase muscle mass and strength. 

  • Conditioning: Cardiovascular and metabolic exercises that improve endurance and overall fitness. 

  • Movement skills: Exercises that enhance agility, flexibility, and coordination. 

 

S&C programs are tailored to the specific needs and goals of the individual or athlete. They may focus on improving performance in a specific sport, increasing overall fitness, weight loss, or continuing efforts after rehabilitating from an injury.
